Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Veridions account and select the 'Order History' tab to submit a return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
